By participating in this event I agree that I am doing so entirely at my own risk. I agree that I have no ground for legal action against Harley-Davidson Inc or its subsidiaries, including the Harley Owners Group® (together "Harley- Davidson"), as well as the employees, officers and directors of Harley-Davidson, for any loss or damage howsoever caused to my property or person, including personal injury (including death), arising from my participation in this Event.

I understand that Harley-Davidson or persons acting on its behalf may take photographs of participants and motorcycles at this Event for use in Harley Owners' Group® related materials. I confirm that I consent, free of charge, to such photography being taken and used in this manner.
